Discrimination of any kind goes against our values and policies, and we have zero tolerance for any form of unfair or unethical behavior.

    •    All users of the Homeday platform (customers and service providers)
    •    Employees and contractors working with or for Homeday
    •    Interactions that occur via the app, website, in-person service, customer support, or social platforms associated with Homeday

3. Expectations from Users and Service Providers

Customers Must Not:
    •    Refuse service based on caste, religion, gender, or any protected attribute
    •    Use derogatory language or harass service providers
    •    Leave biased or harmful reviews targeting someone’s identity

Service Providers Must Not:
    •    Deny service to a customer based on personal characteristics
    •    Treat customers unfairly or disrespectfully
    •    Use discriminatory language or behavior while performing services

4. Reporting Discrimination

If you experience or witness discrimination while using Homeday, you are encouraged to report it immediately:
    •    Email for reporting: support@homedayservice.com
    •    All complaints are treated with confidentiality and seriousness.
    •    We aim to investigate and take appropriate action within 7 business days of receiving a complaint.

5. Disciplinary Actions

If a user or service provider is found violating this policy, Homeday reserves the right to take one or more of the following actions:
    •    Warning or written notice
    •    Temporary suspension from the platform
    •    Permanent removal from the platform
    •    Legal action, if applicable
